Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions for using the website (summits.kr, the “Site”) operated by Summits Co., Ltd. (CEO Yujin Hwang, Business Registration No. 660-86-02274, Room 506, 5F, 6‑9 Teheran‑ro 25‑gil, Gangnam‑gu, Seoul; the “Company”).

Article 2 (Nature of the Site)

The Site is intended to introduce the Company and its business and to receive inquiries and job applications. Content on the Site does not replace medical consultation or treatment.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
