Summits Co., Ltd. (CEO Yujin Hwang, Business Registration No. 660-86-02274; the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws, and processes personal information collected on this website as follows.
1. Purposes of Processing
- Reviewing and responding to inquiries: hospital partnerships, influencer collaborations, investment, press, recruitment, and other inquiries
- Conducting the recruitment process, notifying applicants of results, and managing the talent pool
- Website usage statistics and improvement

3. Retention Period
- Inquiries: 1 year after the inquiry is resolved
- Job applications: 1 year after the hiring process ends, or 2 years if you agreed to join the talent pool
- Access logs (web server logs): 30 days
- Automatically collected data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months from collection
- Where applicable laws require retention, for the period so required
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except with the consent of the data subject or where permitted by law.
5. Outsourcing of Processing
We entrust the following tasks to service providers. Our contracts set out the measures needed to keep personal information safe, and we supervise their handling.

6. International Transfer
To handle inquiries and applications and to analyze website usage, the Company transfers personal information overseas as described below. Transfers happen over the network when you submit a form or visit the website.

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you can email general@myvenus.io instead of using the forms. Matters handled by our Indonesian team may be difficult to process without a transfer.
7. Destruction
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests sent by email to the Privacy Officer below will be addressed without delay.
9. Security Measures

- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and management of access records
10. Cookies and Analytics Tools
To understand how our website is used, the Company uses Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC. Pages visited, time spent, device and browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers are collected automatically; information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details, is not collected. The data is stored on Google servers (including in the United States) and kept for 14 months. You can refuse collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
