Frequently asked questions

Will I work in Korea or Indonesia?

It depends on the position, and the work location is listed in each job posting. Our Korean and Indonesian teams work together online every day.

Do I need English or Indonesian?

Staff in Korea work in Korean. We communicate with the Indonesian team in English, so working-level English is a plus. Indonesian is not required.

Can I apply without work experience?

Yes, if the posting has no experience requirement. The talent pool is open regardless of experience.

What happens when I join the talent pool?

When a matching role opens, we contact you before the job is posted. Only our recruiting team can view your information.
